We aim to provide excellent customer service so please let us know if you have any difficulties or complaints.

TAX Within the EU: Prices on the site exclude VAT. Current 17.5% VAT applies to orders sent to EU member states.

Tax outside the EU: Import duties and taxes are payable by you. Such charges are not included in the delivery fee or purchase price of products. We have no control over those charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether customs duties will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are added at the end of your order. Orders over £300.00 ship free within the UK. Otherwise the minimum cost is £5.00.

Shipping Times: Parcels within Europe are sent by courier or by standard mail. For orders outside of Europe, please allow 14 days for delivery.

Returns: If you are unhappy with your WoodRat for any reason we will arrange collection and refund the full cost. Other items need to be returned by post within 15 days of receiving the product. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY RECEIPT!

Pricing and Availability: If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on back-order and dispatched as soon as possible. Your card will not be charged until the goods are dispatched and no additional shipping charges will be applied.
